Within more than 10 years of experience, SEC Elevator has performed maintenance across the Philippines. We have experience in maintaining a wide range of elevators, from the latest model of express elevators to oil-hydraulic models; from those with old model control systems to those with inverter-type systems. We attempt to detect signs of malformation in advance and implement preventive measures, rather than responding to a breakdown after it has occurred. Our team are trained expert technicians and is constantly monitoring elevators across the country.
Rest assure that SEC Elevator has what it takes to perform maintenance on high-speed elevators in high-rise buildings. Elevators such as these stops frequently and move at high speed, meaning that maintenance is required on many parts, requiring technicians of the highest skill. SEC Elevator has a wealth of experience in this area, having performed maintenance on several high-rise buildings across the country. A particular high number of technicians at our field offices in Manila - which is home to a large cluster of high-rise buildings - have skills in this area. This means we are able to respond rapidly in the case of any unexpected circumstances.

Elevators are precision instruments and even the most basic of model is made up of tons of thousands of parts. SEC Elevator keeps its inventory well stocked with genuine manufacturer's parts as well as generic parts. We can respond swiftly to sudden breakdowns or malfunctions by using parts from our large inventory without having to order parts from the manufacturers each and every time. Experience has taught us which parts should be kept in stock to ensure the swift resumption of elevator services in the case of disaster, breakdown or other emergency situations. We also have a system in place to quickly order in new parts when stocks are limited.

We strive to improve technical skills of our maintenance staff so as to provide customers with the highest standards of safety.
Staff Education Program
SEC Elevator has established a Staff Education Program with the aim of providing the highest standard of safety to customers. Newly hired technicians attends this training program for a period of time, allowing them to gain required skills. We also conduct seminars on maintenance techniques as well as ensure all staff have access to reports written by front-line maintenance technicians so that everyone at our company is updated to technological developments in elevators and escalators. We strive to continually improve our technical skills.

This is a contract covering periodic inspections only, including regular checks, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments and replacement/refilling of low-cost consumables. If any repairs or replacement parts are required outside of those included in that contract, another estimate will be issued. This allows for regular monthly maintenance costs to be kept in minimum.
