We at SEC Elevator offer a range of modernization options that depends on the needs of the customer.
Resolving Pre-Existing Non-Conformities
SEC Elevator provide supports to elevators that does not have safety devices installed.
• Preventing cabin motion while doors are open - The door-opening vehicle protection device (UCMP) is a system that automatically stops the vehicle when the vehicle moves up and down before the door closes.
• Earthquake safety measure - The seismic control operation device is a system that detects the preliminary tremors (P wave), stops it on the nearest floor as soon as possible, and opens the door. In addition, an automatic landing device in the event of a power outage uses a spare battery to carry the car to the nearest floor in the event of a power outage, preventing confinement accidents.
• Seismic reinforcement - If the structure and equipment of the elevator are damaged due to the effects of the earthquake, it will take a long time to recover and a large amount of money will be incurred for repairs. By taking seismic strengthening measures it is possible to prevent elevators from breaking down and reduce damage caused by earthquakes.

Low Cost and Short Speedy Modernization
Our "SPEED RENEWAL" plan offers customers the option of replacing just the control panel, the operation panel and the control cable. The period where the elevator is completely out of service can be kept down to as little as one day, reducing the degree of nuisance caused to users while swiftly improving your elevator's design, comfort and safety.

A Modernization plan that introduces the latest equipment and renew the interior of the car while keeping costs down by maintaining the main mechanism and partially renewing it.
